Where do you shoot in Dubai?+
We shoot across all of Dubai — Burj Khalifa area, Downtown, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, Old Dubai, the desert and more. Have a specific spot in mind? Let us know and we'll make it work.
How fast do I receive my photos and videos?+
Standard delivery is within 48 hours. Luxury and Premium packages include priority delivery within 4 hours. Need it faster? Add Express Delivery for AED 100 and receive everything within 4 hours of your shoot.
What's the best time to shoot in Dubai?+
Golden hour — just after sunrise or 60–90 minutes before sunset — gives the most cinematic light. For desert shoots especially, we always recommend early morning or late afternoon. We'll advise the best slot when you book.
Do you do couple and group shoots?+
Yes — all packages work for solo, couples and small groups. For larger groups or families, reach out on WhatsApp and we'll put together a custom quote.
How do I book? Is a deposit required?+
Tap any package to open WhatsApp and start a conversation. We confirm your date, location and package. A 33% deposit is required to secure your slot — this is deducted from the final price. Remaining balance is due after the shoot.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours' notice at no penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a rebooking fee. In emergencies, reach out on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you travel outside Dubai?+
Yes — Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the UAE. A travel fee applies depending on distance. Contact us on WhatsApp for a custom quote.
What should I wear?+
Solid colours and well-fitted outfits photograph best. Avoid very busy patterns. We send a full style guide when you book. Our makeup artist add-on is also available if you'd like to look polished from the start.
How does the Flying Dress shoot work?+
We provide the flying dress, a skilled dress assistant, and transport to the location. The assistant tosses the flowing train into the air at the perfect moment while the photographer captures it. No wind machine needed — it's all about timing and technique. Book 48 hours+ in advance for golden hour slots.
